Inter Milan returned to the Serie A summit in emphatic fashion, thrashing Udinese 4-0 at the San Siro on Saturday.
The Nerazzurri looked dominant from the outset, with Hakan Calhanoglu opening the scoring with a stunning long-range effort in the 15th minute. Federico Dimarco doubled the advantage just seven minutes later, tapping in from close range after a perfect cross from Nicolo Barella.
Marcus Thuram put the game beyond doubt in the second half, heading home a cross from Denzel Dumfries in the 62nd minute. Lautaro Martinez added the icing on the cake in the 90th minute, finishing off aカウンターアタック with a clinical strike.
The victory moves Inter three points clear of their city rivals AC Milan, who were held to a 1-1 draw by Cagliari earlier in the day.
Antonio Conte's men will now shift their focus to their upcoming Champions League match against Barcelona, while Udinese remain 13th in the Serie A standings.
