Visitors from most countries can enter Scotland for tourism or short business trips without a visa. However, nationals of certain countries require a visa for any purpose of visit.

The Standard Visitor Visa allows visitors to stay in Scotland for up to six months. It costs £95 and can be extended to 11 months for medical treatments.
